We made the cut over to a regular roster system this week and it seems to be working very well. Previously we had a sign up system for our raids. It was a big pain in the butt because if you didn’t sign up soon after the sign up sheet was posted you didn’t get a slot.
Now the raid leaders are making the roster in advance. Keeping the team balanced, and rotating people in and out to make sure everyone gets a chance to see the content.
The big problem is in dealing with people who can only raid on certain nights. Right now we are just substituting someone else in on the nights that a member cant raid and that seems to be working ok for now. Thanks to Illidarian for putting in all of the legwork to make it happen.
