In just a few days we’ll all be heading to Pandaria to begin our adventures on that new continent. At midnight Monday evening (or Tuesday morning depending on how you look at it) a quest should pop up in your tracker that sends you to talk to Garrosh Hellscream. That quest begins your journey. You are eventually directed to meet GENERAL Nazgrim on an airship hovering over the port right outside of Orgrimmar.
This is the same pier where you met the ship that took you to Vashj’ir at the beginning of Cataclysm. When you get there fly up a bit. If you have your graphics set to lower settings the air ship is difficult to see.
When you get there talk to Nazgrim.
This begins a short quest chain that ultimately leads you to Honeydew Village in the Jade Forest zone of Pandaria. If you finish the quest-line it opens a portal back to Orgimmar. It’s very important that you do that because it’s the only way back to Orgrimmar once you’ve reset your hearth to Pandaria.
That portal has a sister in Orgrimmar near the Pandaran Turtle mount vendors in the Valley of Honor. When you use it you end up back at Honeydew Village.
Later when you can access Kun-Lai Summit (around level 87) you can do the quest-line in the Temple of the White Tiger. Once completed the Vale of Eternal Blossoms will be open for you. And in the Vale is the Shrine of the Two Moons, the Horde capitol city of Pandaria. Once inside the building look for the Imperial Mercantile, that’s where you’ll find portals to all of the Horde capitol cities.
That’s how you get to Pandaria and back….Enjoy!
